Three members of the CCS Business Development Management team gave up their Saturday to help launch Barclays’ Digi-sig and Hitachi’s e-signature with Fischer Future Heat’s sales team.
The launch, which took place at Fischer’s head office in Leicester, involved over 90 sales representatives on the day.
The company has started to use iPads to as part of its sales presentation delivery, and the addition of Digi-sig and e-signature means they can now propose credit in the customer’s home without the need for paperwork. Instead, finance applications are completed online and then signed digitally. Customers will usually receive a response from the lender within minutes, and a copy of all the paperwork is sent to their email address.
Business Development Manager Barney Goodman, who led the training presentation, said: “It was a great launch with the Fischer team and we had a really positive response. Both Digi-sig and e-signature make the whole credit application process easier and more professional for both sales teams and customers.”
Paul Chapman, Sales Manager as Fischer Future Heat, added: “The training was really good. The guys have already starting using the facility and have found it easy to use.”
