How do I offer finance to my customers?

Offering finance to customers means they can spread the cost of their home improvements over several months or years while you get paid straight away.  With CCS you can have finance methods that work wherever and however your customers want to buy – at home, in store, online or over the telephone.

Not all customers have ready access to savings in order to pay for their chosen purchases, while others often prefer to leave their savings in the bank. Consequently, many customers appreciate the opportunity to use finance as it allows them to buy the heating system they need and then pay in manageable instalments or take advantage of deferred repayment period.

What are the different ways I can offer finance to my customers?

There are four different ways you can offer finance to your customers:

• Integrate finance with your ecommerce website
• Offer in your showroom – this is also known as ‘on-trade’
• Offer finance while in customers’ homes – this is also known as ‘off-trade’
• Offer finance via phone or email – this is known as ‘mail order’
