The results of the 2015 annual survey revealed customer satisfaction levels have managed to exceed last year’s high results.  The survey, conducted throughout September, found that 100% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied with CCS, with 97% stating they would recommend us to another business.

Respondents also expressed 100% satisfaction with our Business Development Management service – including our training provision, service and support levels, as well as agreeing that their BDM is both knowledgeable and understands their business’ requirements.

Views on the level of service provided by Head Office were equally impressive. Over 96% reported they were satisfied or very satisfied with the support and service received (up from 84% last year) while 96.8% agreed that our Head Office team is very responsive to enquiries (up from 87%).

In 2015 we introduced two new services for our clients, and have been providing consultancy on FCA compliance and marketing across the UK. Over 86% said they were aware of and/or have had assistance with their FCA applications while almost 89% were aware of and/or used our marketing consultancy service.
