61% of installers expect consumer spending to rise in 2016

The Consumer Protection Association commissioned a survey of over 12000 installers on their business performance and expectations for the industry throughout the rest of 2016.

The report highlights issues such as skill shortages are holding company growth back.  47% said profit margins had increased on 2014 and 2015 (10% stated they had decreased).

74% said they expected continued growth with 61% expecting consumer spending on home improvements to also increase this year.
